Food Product Modeller is a user-friendly program that enables food industry engineers to design and evaluate chilling, freezing, thawing and heating processes for almost any food product - whether fish, dairy, fruit, vegetables, meat or processes foods. It incorporates menu options for meat industry objects such as lamb carcasses, beef sides, and cartoned products.

This software, which runs under Microsoft Windows, has been developed from MirTherm, a DOS-based package that has been used by MIRINZ engineers for some years in their research and consultancy work.
