Mechanical engineer, graduated QIT 1976, over 20 years experience in the meat industry, in a range of positions from Project Engineer, to Plant and Group Engineer. Specialties in automated control, application of PLC control to food plants, large scale ammonia refrigeration systems, energy and utilities management. Extensive involvement in research and development projects in refrigeration, process automation and energy management.
